MS-20001 Extruded Aluminum Continuous Hinges

Guden supplies hinges to the MS20001 military specification. MS20001-2, MS20001-3, MS20001-4, MS20001-5, MS20001-6, MS20001-8, MS20001-10, MS20001-12, MS20001-14 and MS20001-16 series hinges are available from stock in type 2024-T3511 extruded aluminum. Each length is stamped with the identifying part number in accordance to the military specification and supplied without a finish and in 72" lengths. Popular sizes are also available from stock in shorter lengths for more economical use and less waste and drop off.

Many of the parts under this mil-spec series are also indexed through the Guden government cage code 03007.

Specialty material designation (A) for extruded aluminum alloy 7075-T-73511 is also available from stock.

For applications that require a finish per the designation (P), parts are also available from stock anodized per Mil-A-8625 Type II.

Finish designation (C) for Alodine per Mil-DTL-5541 is available as a custom run.

Parts can be supplied as full lengths and in any of the standard MS20001 half hinge designations of X, Y of H style hinges.
