Most of the holes we punch are done as a secondary operation and are done one leaf at a time. The dimensioning guidelines shown at right should be used.

If this scheme of dimensioning will not work for your application, we can suggest other methods to meet your needs.

In some circumstances (most noteably: high volume) the holes are punched as a primary operation, meaning they are punched as the hinge is being manufactured. In such cases the guidelines shown at right should be used.
