Multi-Pin Hinge
Multi-Pin hinges are used when an application requires two or more pivot points. The concept for how many leaves can be done is fairly limitless as numerous leaves can be assembled to each other. We just need to know the hinge you would like to start as the base hinge and then the width distance for the multi-leaf section or sections in the center that will have knuckles on both sides. Because the hinge leaves are curled, this width distance is dependent on the thickness of the material. The greater the thickness, the more distance is required. Folding screens, binders, room dividers, console covers, gap fillers, and almost anything that needs multiple pivots can use a multi-pin hinge.
